Refund and Rescheduling Policy
At The Outdoor Dog Photographer, we aim to provide a seamless experience for all clients. Please review the following policies regarding cancellations and rescheduling:
Cancellations:
If the client cancels the session, the session fee is non-refundable.
Refunds will not be offered after a session is booked unless there are extenuating circumstances, such as illness affecting yourself or your pet.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the photographer reserves the right to reschedule the session.
Rescheduling:
The photographer monitors weather conditions closely leading up to your session. If adverse weather requires cancellation, the session will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time agreed upon by both the photographer and the client.
